BELLY BANDS
Row 1...With G hook and white yarn, attach to the sc between side shells 11 and 12 from bottom, sc 11 sts NOTE: right side is now facing you, ch 1, turn

Row 2 - 15...sc 11 sts, ch 1 turn

Turn work and sc down sides of belly band, sc around to top of 2nd neck band, ch 3, skip 3, sc in next st, ch 3, skip 3 (button loops made), sc around to top of belly band, ch 3, skip 3, sc 2, ch 3, skip 2, sc 2, ch 3 skip 3 (button loops made) , sc, sl st

Fasten off

FLOWERS (Make 3)
NOTE: make sure ends of orange are at least 6 inches long.

With F hook and orange yarn, form a ring around your finger, work 5 scs in ring, join, fasten off.

Attach white to any stitch with a sl st, (ch 1, 2dcs, ch 1 sl st in same st) Petal made, sl st in next st, work another petal…repeat until you have 5 petals. Fasten off

LEAVES (Make 6)
With F hook and green yarn, ch 2, 2dcs in 2nd ch from hook, ch 2, sl st in top of last dc made, ch 2, sl st in beginning ch. Fasten off.

Tie a knot with the 2 ends.

Thread 1 orange end into yarn needle. Hold flower and 2 leaves together and use the orange end to wrap around base of flower and leaves at ;east 3 times. Insert needle up into center of flower and back down at side of center and into the center of the wrapped ends. Cut ends close and use a small amount of glue to secure ends to bottom of flower.

Sew , glue, or safety pin flowers in place.

Using a safety pin allows removal of flowers when washing.
